Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of anti-hyperpigmentation dermo-cosmetic skincare products by Aureane on my-aureane.com.

Aureane specialises in formulating skincare for melanin-rich skin (phototypes IV-VI), targeting hyperpigmentation in sensitive areas.

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. As GOSETECH LLC is an American company, European VAT does not apply to our sales.

Depending on your country of residence, you may be liable for import VAT and/or customs duties upon receipt of your parcel. These potential charges are the customer's responsibility.

Aureane reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the prices in force when the order is confirmed.

Confirming your order constitutes full and complete acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Confirmation

An order confirmation email summarising your order, total amount and delivery information will be sent immediately after confirmation.

Modification or cancellation

You have 2 hours after confirming your order to modify or cancel it by contacting our customer service at marine@my-aureane.com or by phone at +33 7 53 40 81 34.

After this period, the order enters the preparation phase and can no longer be modified.

Payment is made online in a 100% secure manner via the following methods:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

Transactions are secured by Stripe and protected by SSL protocol. Aureane does not store any banking information.

Payment is debited immediately upon order confirmation.

Delivery zones

We deliver to the following zones:

• Metropolitan France
• Belgium, Luxembourg
• Europe (Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal...)
• Switzerland and other countries on request

Delivery times

• Metropolitan France: 5 to 8 business days
• Europe: 7 to 12 business days

Shipping fees

• Orders under €40: €4.99
• Orders of €35 and over: FREE

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

Return conditions

• Product in its original packaging, unopened and unused
• In perfect condition, with all accessories
• Return made within 14 days of notification

Return procedure

1. Contact us at marine@my-aureane.com with your order number
2. Indicate the reason for the return
3. Send the product to the address provided
4. Refund within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and verification

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

All our products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.

In the event of a confirmed defect, we are committed to repairing, replacing or fully refunding the product, depending on the situation.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy, available at my-aureane.com.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting marine@my-aureane.com.

All elements of my-aureane.com (texts, images, graphics, logo, product formulas) are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Any reproduction or use without express authorisation is strictly prohibited.

GOSETECH LLC is an American company incorporated in the State of Wyoming (USA). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

Although not legally subject to European law, Aureane commits to respecting the protections offered to European consumers, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year guarantee of conformity.

For our European customers, you may use a free consumer mediator in the event of an unresolved dispute.
