Aureane delivers to the following zones:

• French Overseas Territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, La Réunion, Saint-Martin
• Switzerland, United Kingdom and rest of the world on request

For our customers in Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, La Réunion and Saint-Martin, two shipping options are available:

Delivery time after dispatch. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on your territory, your parcel may be subject to local octroi de mer tax; these potential fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping price.

A tracking number is sent by email once dispatched. You can track your parcel in real time.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days in France and Europe. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

Conditions

• Unopened, unused product in its original packaging
• In perfect condition with all accessories
• Return within 14 days of your notification

Procedure

1. Contact us at marine@my-aureane.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We confirm the return address within 24 hours
3. Send the product back carefully packaged

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receipt and verification of the return, via the original payment method.

We send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated.

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately with photos of the product.

In this case, we cover the return shipping costs and will offer you a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.
