1. Wet the area to treat 2. Lather the soap between your hands 3. Apply foam in circular motions for 60 seconds 4. Leave on for 1-2 minutes 5. Rinse thoroughly 6. Use morning and/or evening in the shower Always follow with turmeric cream and SPF 50+.
